Return stock if order is cancelled

Problem/Motivation

Currently if an order is placed and cancelled, the stock level of the products remain the same.

Steps to reproduce

Buy a product, complete the order. See the stock level of the product decreasing. Cancel the order from admin, see the stock level of the product not decreasing

I think this is a major feature request :) For some it's a bug.

Did you turn on the "Automatically return stock on cancel" in the "Core stock events" section of the stock config page /admin/commerce/config/stock/settings ?
