Old UIkit version (3.0.0-rc.14) is still being loaded

Hi,

I noticed that an old UIkit version (3.0.0-rc.14) is still being loaded in the module from Cloudflare. According to the UIkit documentation, it is recommended to use jsDelivr instead.

It might be a good idea to update the links, given all the bugs that have been fixed since then.
