Root composer.json requires drupal/videojs ^3.0, it is satisfiable by drupal/videojs[dev-3.x, 3.0.0, 3.0.1, 3.x-dev (alias of dev-3.x)] from composer repo (https://packages.drupal.org/8) but drupal/videojs[1.0.0] from package repo (defining 1 package) has higher repository priority. The packages from the higher priority repository do not match your constraint and are therefore not installable. When tried to run composer require 'drupal/videojs:^3.0' it returns the above issue as mentioned.
