Hi! How can I send a separate email for each item in a paid order, where the email contains the details of the order item and the customer information?

You can start with an event when the order is being completed. Then you receive the list of order items from that order entity and loop through that list of items where you can send individual emails. How to build a loop can be found in the samples of the ECA Guide, this one in particular: https://ecaguide.org/library/use%20case/multi_value_field_loop/

On an extra note about how issues work here on drupal.org: if you assign an issue to yourself, it is assumed that you're working on it and nobody would usually have a look. I've therefore unassigned you from this issue. Hope that helps in the future.

I'm going to close this since there is a possible solution that people can find with google and other guides with much better.

I've added a link to the guide in the readme.

    Proposed resolution:
Add link to guide in README
