A few fixes to the Small Y footer and header

Problem/Motivation

We have a few problems that were found after the QA phase:

  • Breadcrumbs placement doesn't match the design
  • There is more space above and below the Small Y Logo
  • The underline is missing under the center and right footer links
  • Footer doesn't match the design on mobile devices
