Doesn't play well with new core Navigation

The new Navigation sidebar hides part of content when Responsive Menu is enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in
2. Have the new core Navigation sidebar displayed.
3. Don't be on an admin page.
4. Enable or disable the Responsive Menu module och observe how the Navigation sidebar will push the content to the right not to cover any part when the module is disabled but fail to do so when the module is enabled.

I don't know if this is an issue for the Responsive Menu or the core.
