Is it possible/feasible to have an option on user profiles so that the person can choose to "wear the hat"?

Steps to reproduce

1. https://www.midcamp.org/user/edit
2. If prompted, login or register, whichever is applicable
3. Under the "All about you" section, after uploading your picture, check a box or click a button to "Wear the hat"
4. Position the hat correctly on your head
5. Click Save
