Entity/field definitions: The Submitted to: Entity ID - smart_date_override field needs to be installed

I am very low code and I have been struggling with this for a week. Reading many threads on the topic of
mismatched entity and/or field definitions and trying a few ways but no luck. Desperately looking for help.

The following changes were detected in the entity type and field definitions.
Webform submission
The Submitted to: Entity ID - smart_date_override field needs to be installed.
The Submitted to: Entity ID - smart_date_rule field needs to be installed.

Steps to reproduce

I got webform, smart date, and bookable calendar installed in Drupal 10.3.5. After using webform to create form, creating events in bookable calendar 2.2, and getting the data submitted from the form. I got this error from the status report. I then removed bookable calendar, but the problem still remained. I have tried to remove smart date, update it to 4.2 beta, but no luck. I then downgraded it to 4.1, drush updatedb, removed the date, time fields in all of my webform forms... no luck. I just upgraded to drupal 10.3.6, drush updatedb... but the error does not go away. It does not hurt the site now but very annoyed.

Proposed resolution

I looked at Devel Entity Updates but not sure what to do, and the advice is not for fixing the ismatched entity and/or field definitions. So I am looking for help. Thank you very much.
