Advance access control to parent group member for managing child groups

Problem/Motivation

Currently in version 3.x there is no way i can have any extra access control based on the hierarchy of the group, i feel this is a good to have feature as without it just creation of hierarchy make no sense, I see Subgroup Role Mapper module is trying to do something similar but it needs documentation of how to use it.

Below are the features required :
1. As a member of a group i should be able to see all my groups subgroup, currently there is a view called subgroup but it works only with super user 1 only.
2. As a member of a group i should be able to add create and add groups under my groups.
3. A permission to see member of the subgroups should be present.
4. As a member of a parent group i should be able to view, add, update and delete nodes or other entities in the subgroups.
5. As a member of a group i should not be able to add,update, delete nodes or other entities of my ancestor groups.
