Plug-in: Rendered output

Problem/Motivation

While it's trivial to do drush cache:tag rendered to invalidate the rendered cache tag, there's no equivalent available in the Rebuilder UI at admin/config/development/performance/rebuilder.

Add a Rebuilder plug-in that invalidates the rendered cache tag.
