Make borderless border an option instead of default

Problem/Motivation

Currently if I didn't select Add border to table option it will automatically give the table borderless class, Which limit the ability to give borders other than default bootstrap full border.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Create a new option for borderless table other than that none of the border classes will be added.
