DANSE subscription field/widget is not visible (only when I flush all the caches)

Problem/Motivation

When I log in a an authenticated user, the DANSE subscription widget (configured at admin/structure/types/manage//display) is only displayed when I flush all the caches as a administrator in Drupal.
