Better insight in step runtime with FF_SCRIPT_SECTIONS feature flag

Problem/Motivation

While doing some work on lint jobs. Was thinking about having sections for the lint jobs to know how long the seperate steps take. It seems there is actually a feature flag that would enable that for evey line, that saves us some time and extra scripts :)
