Entity extra fields do not properly support wildcards

Problem/Motivation

The extra field event does support wildcards for entity type and bundle, but the eca_render_entity_extra_field_info hook implementation fails to deal with the wildcard for the entity type.

As a result, the extra field(s) are not showing on the manage display settings page.

Proposed resolution

Fix the wildcard handling in the hook.
