Include hidden files in spelling checks

By default all files starting with . are not checked for spelling in the cspell job. We want to avoid all spelling errors and to do this we can define the variable

_CSPELL_EXTRA: '--dot'

. There will be some non-words that need to be ignored, but that is better than allowing mistakes in .gitlab-ci.yml for example.
