Remove .travis.yml (and the GitHub repository?)

Problem/Motivation

The Scheduler fork on GitHub is no longer active. Travis testing is not required now that DrupalCI has been replaced with GitLab pipelines.

There is one pull request on GitHub which is where the development of ✨ Repeating schedules Needs work was being done. That needs to be moved into a GitLab merge request. Then the repository could be archived (or deleted?)

Remaining tasks

Delete .travis.yml file
Convert the pull request into a merge request on this gitlab fork
Archive or delete the GitHub repository
