Enabling CKEditor 5 Dev Tools throws a JavaScript error and renders the WYSIWYG unusable

Problem/Motivation

After enabling the module, I am receiving the following error in the console when I edit any entity using a CKEditor 5 enabled text field.

Uncaught TypeError: Drupal.editors[format.editor] is undefined
