Fix repository for Drupal CMS

Problem/Motivation

Drupal CMS development is no longer taking place in the Starshot prototype repository on GitHub. The Drupal Forge launch button is providing an outdated experience.

Steps to reproduce

Launch Drupal CMS or Starshot from drupalforge.org.

Proposed resolution

Switch to the GitLab Drupal CMS repository.
