Transfer limit_validation_errors to commerce_price sub-elements

Describe your bug or feature request.

The commerce_price form element transfers some attributes (ajax, states, ...) from the element to the number input and/or currency code select but not limit_validation_errors which may be required in AJAX depending on the context. We should probably transfer this property too.
