Automatic string sets status to processed with empty string translations

The translation request sets to processed when the strings, that already exists on DB from a previous translation request, are on review.

Create a professional translation request and after an automatic one for the same node. Then process the last translation request.

Change how we are checking the translations requests strings are ready. Rather than get the string by translation request ID, get it by hash.

Update method to check strings are ready.
