Add the current node to tokens

In "Browse available tokens" The current page is accessible, so I can pull the current page title, which is helpful, but still results in repeated read more text. To prevent repeated text, we should make the current node available in tokens. This would allow us to pull from the node title or other node field for creating the read more text.
