Our search specialist is out sick, but we've not been able to add an additional index to any of our environments due to what seems to be an error in the Acquia dashboard.
We're going to bring it up on our TAM call tomorrow, but according to what we've read in the upgrade notes, preparing a new index will be critical to ensuring a no-downtime upgrade due to https://www.drupal.org/project/acquia_search/issues/3403480 π¬ Support for Search API Solr 4.3.x Active .
