Having URL substitution type of Direct URL to media file entity does not get applied when applying a link to another media file on a media image

Steps to reproduce

  1. In the ckeditor add a media image
  2. Apply a link to the media image linking to another media entity (document in my case)
  3. The link that appears on the media image is "/media/{id}" and not the path to the file

Link directly to the file and not /media

This module uses Gitlab CI for automated testing of proposed code changes. To contribute code changes, create a merge request. Patch files will not trigger automated testing and are not sufficient for review.
