Problem/Motivation

After Upgrading Drupal core to 10.3 and related dependencies and module, we are getting the below error

`File not found: .../modules/contrib/csv_serialization/lib/league-csv/9.8.0/src/functions_include.php.`

Steps to reproduce

This happened after we had upgraded drupal core and module.

Proposed resolution

It seems that the module requires 9.16 version of league-csv, but somewhere in the code it is still referencing to the earlier path at `.../modules/contrib/csv_serialization/lib/league-csv/9.8.0/src/functions_include.php.`

It appears to be a Ludwig integration issue. If you had Ludwig enabled on your site, it will throw this error because ludwig.json has not been updated accordingly.
