OrderItem type's purchaseable entity type

Problem/Motivation

The purchasable entity type ("commerce_product_variation") of the Donation order item type was left empty upon installation. I had to fix it manually in config.

Can you give more details about why you needed a commerce_product_variation? The order_item is also a purchase-able entity and the Donation bundle we provides also holds our fields
