Xlsx header styling not getting applied

Your patch is modifying many functions of the original module, it will create impact on other site's current used module.
Bold column title has been fixed.
I think we can use html without add more options
somthing likes this:

$html = new PhpOffice\PhpSpreadsheet\Helper\Html();
$htmlString = $html->toRichTextObject($htmlString);
