Media Library widget isn't working with paragraphs

This patch should fix the media value being set when custom_field is attached to paragraphs however when the form display setting for paragraphs is set to initially closed, the values don't show when editing the paragraph even though they certainly are there in open mode. Will have to figure out what needs to happen there.

Fixed the initial value state when the field is within a close paragraphs subform.
