require 10 11 ... where is 8 9

Problem/Motivation

Hi, the new version 1.10, require Drupal ^10,^11... Drupal ^8 & ^9 disappeared...
we can not use it anymore.
Any reason?

we have to download the zip, edit the .info for add ^9 and enable the module.

being able to install with composer is easier
