Section height does not expand with blocks

Problem/Motivation

When dragging a block to the right side of a 2-column section, the section does not expand and the block extends into the section beneath it. (see image attached). Or... just add another block and it's the same issue.

Steps to reproduce

Create a section and add 2 blocks.
Create another section beneath and add a block.
Now add a Card block to the top section. It should break the layout.

Proposed resolution

It seems like maybe/ just an issue with the Card block?
