In some processors like ImageMagick, it can be configured not to create derivatives of SVG files, but even so, it requires a specific library installed at the server level to extract information from the file.
This generates errors when there are files with the SVG extension and the Drush command is executed to generate derivatives.
Generally, we believe that in most cases, it is not necessary to generate derivatives of SVG files, unless you want to convert the extension to PNG, for example. For all these reasons, we believe the best option is not to process SVG files in this massive derivative generation operation.
