From mattau → : I think for the double opt-in option the handler should output a different message. It currently prints 'The email address %email was subscribed successfully to %list'. Perhaps it could print 'To complete your subscription to %list please check %email for a confirmation email'.
Enable double opt-in and submit a webform.
Make the message customizable in the handler settings.
