Problem/Motivation

The original github repo (https://github.com/shaal/DrupalPod) is no longer valid, but it causes confusion.

* `drupalpod.com` still points to it
* People still create issues and PRs there

@shaal resist archiving the project, so perhaps:

1. Add a github workflow that automatically syncs the github shaal/DrupalPod from the Drupal.org repository
2. Add to the top of the README (used only on Github) to say that the project has moved.
