Add role check and more flexibility to hook_entity_access

Problem/Motivation

The permission check is currently done at evrey access if grant is configured for an entity bundle. Additionally it's currently only done the hard coded grant base operation permissions. This isn't flexible enough and using roles is easier in many situations and a little bit faster.

Proposed resolution

Add possibility to configure role-operation and permission-operation per bundle and make using of hard coded base optional.
