Add integration for content_moderation

There are several startegies in other contrib modules to extend content moderation. I used the same strategy of content_moderation_owner_permissions → . I did not tested yet if working with other contrib modules. Because the core integration with grant main module is complete this feature as "core module integration" is complete.
