Persistency issue post language selection

Selected language is reset to the default language once the page is reloaded or navigated to another page. Sometimes it work but not most of the time and it is inconsistent. Will this be fixed in upcoming updates or is ther any patch or hook that can be used to resolve this issue. I found that current version is using CDN to run the scripts and load the flag images. Thanks for looking into this.
