Default to drupal-markup as element name, instead of div

Motivation

Better defaults. custom elements usually do not use regular HTML elements, so adding one with a "div" is weird. If it's some sort of wrapper element, drupal-markup would be the better default

The MR is BC-breaking, since we have a stable release now, we need to improve it to keep working the same way as before when "div" is passed.
