Add a News module

Problem/Motivation

The project needs a module to add the content type News to the application.
The content type needs the following settings:

• title
• banner using the GoVNL image type module
• tags using the GoVNL tag module
• summary
• lead
• body using the GoVNL editor module
• author
• publication date
