This is actually in project issue module.

The removed column should help, you can re-open if it does not. I did not have this issue, I suspect you have a project with a longer name. The issue links columns could probably be simplified if we need more space for the primary content on the page.

Can the view not be made wider like it was before? It's styled to be quite narrow - there's a lot of space either side even on a browser window that's not fullscreen.

With issues moving to GitLab, this page will likely be removed altogether. And there is some redesign work that hasn't made it into issues yet, that might make more use of space on large screens.
