Problem/Motivation

The arrow mark in the Google Translate dropdown is not meaningful for screen reader user.
The problem is that the โ€œSelect your languageโ€ button from the Google Translate extension currently adds the dropdown arrow using CSS.

Steps to reproduce

Enable Voice reader and check if the current lang text contains the arrow icon.

Proposed resolution

Add the icon arrow via HTML and remove the CSS solution for it. Also, should add the `aria-hidden="true"` attribute to the new arrow icon.
