Add html support for formatted text field type

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the module does not support importing HTML values for the formatted text field type (Ex..body field...)

Steps to reproduce

1. Put your HTML values (ABC>) to you body column in the excel file
2. Import your content as normal
3. The content shows the body as plain text.

Proposed resolution

Add a new import setting to allow the user to select the allowed text_format
Process to apply the allowed text format for the body value
