I can't add a new term "work" if terms like "workweek" or "webwork" already exist

Let's say I want to add a new term "work" via autocomplete. However, if other terms include the word "work," there is no option to add the term. For example, I can't add the term "work" if terms like "workweek" or "webwork," which contain "work" at the beginning or end, already exist.
