CKEditor5 - Alternative Text box, make it a textarea

Problem/Motivation

The Alternative Text box in CKEditor5 image is too small for large alternative text descriptions. Text is easily cut off and this could only add to a user providing less description.

Proposed resolution

Make it a scrollable / resizable text area.
