Conflicts with better_normalizers

Unfortunately better_normalizers doesn't leverage the ContentEntityNormalizer service but hardcodes the calls. So our swapped service is not used and our metadata is not handled.
Due to the fact that better_normalizers is supposed to be EOL, we should migrate and fix the two helpful normalizers into our module and declare better_normalizers as conflicting.
