Move configuration page to a standard admin path.

Problem/Motivation

After I installed this D8 module i couldn't figure out how to use it right off the bat because there was no links to the config on the module page or the config page.

I feel like it would be better to standardize the location of the configuration page to be listed on the /admin/config page to make this easier to use and you will also leverage the admin theme by default. Which was another thing i noticed for my site it wasn't being themed by any of our themes so it was smashed. (me problem

Proposed resolution

Update the path so that when viewing the /admin/config page you can see it.
