Add Event for subscription to possible error when updating content

Problem/Motivation

Because sometimes there are situations when you need to somehow process errors that arise in updating the content, it became necessary to affect to the module code externally.

Proposed resolution

I can suggest a patch which will add a custom Event to the module to have a possibility to subscribe on it in custom module and process possible errors.
