Views area plugin will not work for some entity types

The custom SemanticAnswer views area plugin will not work correctly for some entities, since Utility::itemIdToEntityUri() will incorrectly parse the azure item ID for entity types with an underscore (e.g. taxonomy terms).

Example:
Item ID entity_node_1_en should return entity:node/1:en OK
Item ID entity_taxonomy_term_1_en should return entity:taxonomy_term/1:en NOK
