Composer failures while preparing Drupal install

Seem composer is failing every weekend. Even with a retry on the jobs.

Issue is known see #3445532

Prepare Drupal install in a job before analysis and use that artifact in the analyse jobs

Tried to artifact the Drupal install, but entity too large ;(

Fixed using a composer cache in the project dir for installation. It now caches at least the stuff needed for a drupal install (and the relevant tooling)
