Add custom layouts

Problem/Motivation

I need to add a custom two column option to the bootstrap layout builder options. Currently there is a 50%/50% option and a 75%/25% option. The 75/25 option is a 9/3 bootstrap split. I need an 8/4 split.

How can I add this option?
