Accept emails from any sender

Problem/Motivation

Especially with the abandonment of the mailhandler module I think it would expand the scope of use cases for this module if it were to drop the dependency on a pre-defined email address that it will only receive emails from.

Right now this module can only be used by a single person to post nodes via email. If the module would be able to create nodes from all Drupal users with an additional option to create nodes from all emails received, it would allow for building ticketing systems and team collaboration setups.

Right now it seems like there is no Drupal solution for anyone looking for this.
