Problem/Motivation

If I enable the module and domain_config is not enabled the next error appears:
You have requested a non-existent service "domain_config.overrider".

Steps to reproduce

Enable this module on a fresh Drupal 10 installation.

Proposed resolution

Add domain_config as dependency.

Update info.yml file with dependency.
